Withings smart scales are the gold standard. If you can afford one of its latest line – the Body Scan, the Body Comp and the Body Smart – there’s no better option available. I’ve tested a lot of smart scales and these are the models I recommend to friends and family.

But the catch is that they’re pricey and don’t often go on sale. That’s why now is a good time to buy. Withings has discounted its best and newest models for Black Friday. If you don’t know which one to go for, have a look at our article on which Withings smart scale to buy.

I use the Body Smart on a daily basis. It’s the entry-level model with the fewest features, but now that you can buy it on sale, it’s a great companion on a health or fitness journey. The pricier models will give you even more granular health data.

Withings also has Black Friday deals on its hybrid smartwatches. If you want to know if they’re worth buying, or which one to go for, check out our reviews of the unisex Withings ScanWatch 2, men’s ScanWatch Nova and women’s ScanWatch Nova Brilliant.

You can see all the tech deals we recommend in Tech Advisor’s Black Friday hub.

Here are the best Withings offers.

    Body Scan

    Emma Rowley / Foundry

The Body Scan is usually priced at £349.95 but you can buy it in the Black Friday sale for £279.95, for a 20% saving.

The Body Scan is the flagship model in the new Withings line and it features a 6-lead ECG, for tracking and analysis of the user’s heart rhythm and to detect worrying heart patterns.

As well as all the key measurements you’d expect, the Body Scan will provide a vascular age to give more insight into heart health, and a nerve health score. It’ll also provide segmental body composition analysis.

What does this mean? Well, smart scales can tell you your body fat percentage to a reasonably accurate degree – but only overall. The Body Scan will break this down further to give you the fat and muscle percentage in your arms, legs and torso. It’ll also let you know how these measurements compare to other Withings’ users.

Find out more in our Body Scan review.

    Body Comp

    Emma Rowley / Foundry

The price of the colour-screen Body Comp is usually £189.95. You can buy it in the sale for £149.95, for a 21% saving.

The Body Comp is the mid-range scale in the new Withings line, but by the standards of any other brand, it’s a luxury piece of kit. You’ll get all the measurements you need (fat, muscle and bone mass %, water %, visceral fat index, BMI, BMR, standing heart rate and metabolic age), plus a vascular age, to give more insight into heart health, and a nerve health score.

There’s more information in our Body Comp review.

    Body Smart

    Emma Rowley / Foundry

The Body Smart is usually £89.95 but you can buy it in the sale for £69.95 for a 22% saving.

The Body Smart is the most affordable of the line but by most standards, it’s still a fairly expensive model. It will provide you with all the key measurements you need: fat, muscle and bone mass %, water %, visceral fat index, BMI, BMR and standing heart rate. There’s also an ‘eyes closed’ mode that’ll log your measurements without showing them on the screen.

You can find out more in our Body Smart review.

There are more products included in the Withings sale, including its ScanWatch models.
