The Google Pixel Watch 5 is expected to launch in just under two weeks on August 20, if the time on the leaked images is an indication. The announcement event, on the other hand, is in two days, which will reveal the Pixel 11 series as well. As usual, all the leaks leading up to the actual release are so revealing that they leave nothing to the imagination.

After the tipsters exhausted pretty much all the info regarding specs and design, we are now getting renders and pricing of the special Stephen Curry edition as well. It is part of a long-standing partnership between Google and the NBA star, as the recently released Fitbit Air also came in Stephen Curry colors.

The Stephen Curry Pixel Watch 5 is just a regular Pixel Watch 5 but with an exclusive woven loop band in stone gray and taupe, featuring strong orange accents, similar to the Stephen Curry Fitbit Air.

The leaked materials show the 45mm version of the Pixel Watch 5 with the said watch band carrying a Stephen Curry and #LockIn label. The band is also water-repellent, so it’s suitable for working out.

Sure, the special edition watch isn’t so “special” after all, but at least Google isn’t charging a great price premium for that. The Stephen Curry variant is reportedly priced at $669/€579, which is $35/€30 more than the regular Pixel Watch.

Keep in mind that Google will be offering the Stephen Curry edition while stocks last, and not all markets will get it.
