    Under the alliance, cloud-based platform of ServiceNow will combine with end-to-end business transformation expertise of EY

    EY, a leading global professional services organisation, and ServiceNow, a leading cloud computing company, have entered into a strategic alliance to drive digital transformation for businesses across sectors in India. The collaboration will help organisations transform their enterprise services by understanding their business requirements and augmenting their digital platform strategy.

    From artificial intelligence (AI) to advanced analytics and cyber security to data privacy, the two companies will help in fueling innovation and create new value for businesses in the country through digital transformation.

    As per the collaboration, both companies can rapidly develop, design and deploy business solutions that can automate the earlier manual processes. Under the alliance, cloud-based platform of ServiceNow will be combined with end-to-end business transformation expertise of EY. This will help the businesses in streamlining their processes across several functions such as: customer service, supply chain, HR, facilities, IT operations, security and compliance, in order to enhance the productivity, scalability and agility of businesses. The partnership between the two also provides an integrated technology-enabled and business-led approach to help implement digital workflow and service management solutions to businesses across India.

    Driving innovation
