    Keynote: On Tuesday, November 11, Jacqui Guichelaar, SVP and General Manager, Customer Experience, Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China, takes the stage for the Cisco Live Keynote: What’s Next, Starts Now!

    Centre Stage: The A.I. Advantage: Redefining Services shows how Cisco is transforming support and professional services with AI-powered innovations. Sandeep Milar, SVP, Product Management, Customer Experience, and Bhaskar Jayakrishnan, SVP Engineering, Customer Experience explore Cisco’s expert-led professional services and AI-driven capabilities.​

    The CX Connections Lounge, in the World of Solutions, is a relaxed environment for scheduled customer meetings.

    For those in person, we have a CX Connections Lounge for customer meetings plus Auxiliary Sessions, Lightning Talks, Interactive Discussions, and Technical Breakout Sessions.

    We also will have several demos in the Cisco Stand in the World of Solutions in the Digital Resilience, AI-Ready Data Centres, and Future-Proofed Workplaces areas. Topics include:

    Other In-person Experiences

    There’s dedicated Cisco Customer Experience (CX) space in the Cisco Stand where we’re talking about modern AI-powered support, professional services, and the AI Adoption Framework. You can explore AI-powered support and services through demos or by scheduling a meeting.

    Technical Assistance Center – Onsite

    The onsite Cisco CX Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team is also available to discuss custom solutions at kiosks focused on:

    • Enterprise networking and Meraki
    • Data Centre and service provider
    • Collaboration, security and observability

    The TAC theater will have 18 mini-presentations that you can add to your Cisco Live schedule.

    CX Big Wave Sweepstakes

    Don’t forget to participate in the CX Big Wave Sweepstakes for a chance to win a gaming and surfing themed prize package (value of $3200 AUD.) CX Big Wave Sweepstakes tasks can be accessed through the Cisco Live app under Cisco Challenge. Deadline to enter is Thursday, June 12th at 11:00 AM. The drawing will be held in the Centre Stage theater on Thursday, November 13th at 12:30 PM, and the winner must be present to claim the prize.

    Surf’s Up with Cisco Customer Experience

    Another in-person experience is the the CX Surf’s Up Challenge virtual surfboard at the CX Connections Lounge. Post a photo of your ride to earn double entries into the Big Wave sweepstakes.

    Cisco Customer Achievement Awards

    Our CX Customer Hero of the Year awards are now part of the overall Cisco Customer Achievement Awards program.

    CX Customer Hero of the Year award honors the customer with the strongest outcomes from Cisco Customer Experience, including those in AI-Ready Data Centers, Future-Proofed Workplaces, Digital Resilience and our CX Customer Hero of the Year.

    Winners will be announced in the awards ceremony on Monday, November 10 in the World of Solutions.
