AI-Readiness
NTT-West was honored with the AI Infrastructure Innovation Award! NTT-West faced the challenge of integrating APN (All-Photonics Network), which is a major technological component of IOWN (Innovative Optical and Wireless Network), with existing distributed data center networks while preparing for AI-ready intelligent operations. Through their transformation, they achieved a 50% reduction in configuration time and simplified management across their complex multi-vendor environment.

We celebrated KDDI Corporation’s achievements with the CX AI Trailblazer Award! KDDI Corporation wanted to simplify network complexity and automate operations, streamline and modernize pre-deployment testing and network management through virtualization, and reduce total cost of ownership. They partnered with Cisco CX to implement AI-driven automation across their network operations, development, and testing environments, targeting a reduction of over 50% in network operations, development, and testing to reduce costs and accelerate deployment. In addition, they now have faster root cause identification and automated recovery, significantly enhancing the customer experience.

Future-Proofed Workplaces
Adani Airport Holdings Limited received the Excellence in Workplace Modernization Award! As Adani Airports accelerated its expansion, it faced the challenge of delivering exceptional passenger experiences while managing diverse vendors and strict security demands. Through a focused digital transformation, the organization achieved faster digital adoption, YoY growth in airport traffic, and built a secure, segmented network foundation for the future.

LTIMindtree Limited was named the CX Visionary Workplace Award winner! LTIMindtree Limited has reimagined the workplace experience across more than 700+ sites by unifying systems and elevating hybrid work to new levels of consistency and performance. Partnering with Cisco CX, they achieved significant productivity gains, rapid transformation, and built a seamless, secure, and resilient hybrid work environment.

Digital Resilience
The Digital Resilience Distinction Award was awarded to TPG Telecom Limited! TPG Telecom Limited sought to modernize from traditional network monitoring to establish a unified enterprise-wide data platform that would reduce operational complexity, enhance visibility, and strengthen their position as Australia’s best telecommunications provider. The strategic adoption resulted in millions in savings from tool consolidation, achieved over 50% reduction in mean time to resolution, and transformed their operations into an AIOps-driven Service Operations Centre with significantly improved threat detection capabilities.

HCLTech took home the CX Distinguished Digital Resilience Award! HCLTech partnered with Cisco CX to enhance workload security, augment network monitoring to optimize availability, and improve the Wi-Fi experience. Together, they delivered transformational outcomes including 200% increase in analyzed flows with real-time alerts and 100% segmentation compliance, proactive network and application monitoring that saved hundreds of incidents over six months, and consolidated security functions with improved operational efficiency.

CX Customer Hero of the Year
Of the two individuals to win awards, David Van Niekerk, from Reserve Bank of Australia, was recognized with the prestigious CX Customer Hero of the Year Award! David’s exceptional partnership and advocacy for Cisco CX have distinguished the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) as a benchmark for excellence. His leadership and team at RBA have driven innovation, strengthened governance, and fostered a collaborative relationship that continues to deliver lasting value.

Cisco Insider of the Year
To close out the awards, Daniel Hosking, from NEC ANZ, was celebrated as the Cisco Insider of the Year Award! Daniel is an active member of Cisco Insider Advocacy and Champions, notably leading a volunteer initiative to provide network access at Ability Fest 2024 and hosting AI roundtables. He consistently promotes Cisco and the Insider community through social media, referrals, and direct feedback to Cisco executives and product teams.
